The pio\u00adneer\u00ading spir\u00adit of the part\u00adners Reichen\u00adbach\u00ader Hamuel and Huf\u00adschmied Zerspanungssys\u00adteme was not only clear\u00adly evi\u00addent at their joint appear\u00adance at Com\u00adpos\u00adites Europe in Stuttgart, but also at the first spe\u00adcial\u00adist sem\u00adi\u00adnar, which they organ\u00adised togeth\u00ader with Fraun\u00adhofer IPA and Schuko on 22 Novem\u00adber 2018 in Coburg under the chal\u00adleng\u00ading head\u00adline \u201cFrom dri\u00adving ban to milling ban\u201d.<\/p>\n\n

Around 70 par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants from all over Ger\u00admany had trav\u00adelled to take part in a tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy sem\u00adi\u00adnar focus\u00ading on the machin\u00ading of hybrid light\u00adweight mate\u00adri\u00adals after a tour of the Reichen\u00adbach\u00ader Hamuel fac\u00adto\u00adry in the Orangery in Rose\u00adnau Cas\u00adtle Park. It was clear to all par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpants that the indus\u00adtry will face many new chal\u00adlenges in the future and that only close coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion and the inter\u00adlock\u00ading of key tech\u00adnolo\u00adgies will lead to suc\u00adcess. Thomas Czwie\u00adlong, Man\u00adag\u00ading Direc\u00adtor of Reichen\u00adbach\u00ader Hamuel, put it in a nut\u00adshell in his wel\u00adcom\u00ading speech. \u201cRespon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty for the envi\u00adron\u00adment and peo\u00adple is omnipresent. Hybrid mate\u00adri\u00adals are becom\u00ading more and more impor\u00adtant and the chal\u00adlenges involved in pro\u00adcess\u00ading these mate\u00adri\u00adals can only be over\u00adcome if experts coop\u00ader\u00adate and joint\u00adly offer process-ori\u00adent\u00aded com\u00adplete solutions\u201d.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

The guests, who includ\u00aded rep\u00adre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtives of well-known com\u00adpa\u00adnies from the Ger\u00adman auto\u00admo\u00adtive and avi\u00ada\u00adtion sec\u00adtors as well as experts from uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties and research insti\u00adtutes, were enthu\u00adsi\u00adas\u00adtic about the enor\u00admous trans\u00adfer of knowl\u00adedge at the end of the day-long sem\u00adi\u00adnar. Dur\u00ading the tour of the plant, the vis\u00adi\u00adtors were con\u00advinced that com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsive solu\u00adtions are already the order of the day for the major\u00adi\u00adty of machine projects: Very prac\u00adti\u00adcal\u00adly demon\u00adstrat\u00aded on the new Reichen\u00adbach\u00ader TUBE series, on which car\u00adbon milling was shown live, with tools from Huf\u00adschmied and extrac\u00adtion tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy from Schuko.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

The con\u00adtent of the lec\u00adtures cov\u00adered a wide range, start\u00ading with light\u00adweight con\u00adstruc\u00adtion, through the crit\u00adi\u00adcal view from the med\u00adical point of view with regard to fine dust pol\u00adlu\u00adtion, to the pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtion of the influ\u00adence on this com\u00adpo\u00adnent from the point of view of the machine, tool and extrac\u00adtion man\u00adu\u00adfac\u00adtur\u00aders. Med\u00adical pro\u00adfes\u00adsor Clau\u00addia Traidl-Hoff\u00admann from the TUM Munich made an impres\u00adsive state\u00adment in her lec\u00adture \u201cClean air in the machin\u00ading envi\u00adron\u00adment from the point of view of indus\u00adtri\u00adal med\u00adi\u00adcine\u201d in the direc\u00adtion of the industry\u2019s respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty. She point\u00aded out that the avail\u00adable long-term results leave no doubt as to how neg\u00ada\u00adtive\u00adly fine dust par\u00adti\u00adcles affect human health and that the con\u00adse\u00adquences are hard\u00adly fore\u00adsee\u00adable at present. The data from numer\u00adous epi\u00addemi\u00ado\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal stud\u00adies on the mol\u00ade\u00adc\u00adu\u00adlar mech\u00ada\u00adnisms of envi\u00adron\u00adment-human inter\u00adac\u00adtion is over\u00adwhelm\u00ading, and she addressed these facts unequiv\u00ado\u00adcal\u00adly at the event and every\u00adone was impressed.<\/p>\n\n

The man\u00adag\u00ading direc\u00adtors Andr\u00e9 Schulte-S\u00fcd\u00adhoff from Schuko Absaugan\u00adla\u00adgen and Ralph Huf\u00adschmied from Huf\u00adschmied Zerspanungssys\u00adteme then seam\u00adless\u00adly addressed this top\u00adic in their pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtions and illus\u00adtrat\u00aded how they can con\u00adtribute to bet\u00adter air qual\u00adi\u00adty with inno\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy.
