KG in Meed\u00ader and Reichen\u00adbach\u00ader Hamuel GmbH in D\u00f6r\u00adfles-Esbach belong to the glob\u00adal\u00adly active SCHERDEL Group, which has more than 4,800 employ\u00adees. Almost 100 years of expe\u00adri\u00adence in mechan\u00adi\u00adcal engi\u00adneer\u00ading and over 30 years of exper\u00adtise in CNC machin\u00ading make the com\u00adpa\u00adny a spe\u00adcial\u00adist for CNC machin\u00ading cen\u00adtres. The prod\u00aduct range includes, for exam\u00adple, CNC milling machines for wood, alu\u00admini\u00adum, com\u00adpos\u00adites, plas\u00adtics, met\u00adal and tita\u00adni\u00adum machin\u00ading as well as mate\u00adri\u00adals that are dif\u00adfi\u00adcult to machine. Many of the company\u2019s own devel\u00adop\u00adments, cus\u00adtomised prod\u00aducts and patents illus\u00adtrate the high lev\u00adel of inno\u00adva\u00adtion that dis\u00adtin\u00adguish\u00ades the company.<\/p>\n\n<p>On 1 Sep\u00adtem\u00adber 2016, a total of 12 new trainees began their careers at the two com\u00adpa\u00adnies. Among the young, moti\u00advat\u00aded peo\u00adple this year is once again a dual course of study in indus\u00adtri\u00adal mechan\u00adics. All appren\u00adtices vis\u00adit the spe\u00adcial\u00adist depart\u00adments of pro\u00adduc\u00adtion, machin\u00ading, sheet met\u00adal pro\u00adduc\u00adtion, qual\u00adi\u00adty assur\u00adance, logis\u00adtics or assem\u00adbly and admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion at the com\u00adpa\u00adnies in D\u00f6r\u00adfles-Esbach and in Meed\u00ader for a cer\u00adtain peri\u00adod of time \u2014 depend\u00ading on the appren\u00adticed pro\u00adfes\u00adsion. There, they work close\u00adly with the respec\u00adtive skilled work\u00aders and also take on tasks relat\u00aded to pro\u00adduc\u00adtion.
