On 28.04.2016, Reichenbacher Hamuel once again welcomes Girls’ Day!

This year, Reichenbacher Hamuel is once again inviting girls from the 5th to 10th grades to get to know typical ‘male professions’ better.

For around 60 years, our company has been delighting renowned customers from the automotive, aircraft construction, window, door, stair and furniture construction and plastics processing sectors with intelligent CNC machine solutions. Reichenbacher Hamuel is particularly convincing due to flexible products, quality ‘Made in Germany’ and excellent service. As a member of the innovative SCHERDELGroup, which employs over 4,500 people in 11 countries worldwide, we benefit from practical synergies to achieve the greatest possible customer benefit.

Girls’ Day offers girls a good opportunity to get to know certain technical professions and discover them for themselves. In this way, Reichenbacher Hamuel is participating in increasing the proportion of female employees in the so-called ‘male professions’ and thus reducing the shortage of skilled workers in mechanical engineering.

During the tour of the company, the girls have the opportunity to ask questions and talk to trainees in the professions of industrial mechanic and mechatronics engineer. Afterwards, the girls can get active themselves in the training workshop with soldering and milling and prove themselves in typical work processes of technical professions. The finished workpieces can then be taken home as souvenirs.

Please visit www.girls-day.de to find out about the available dates and places. We look forward to seeing you!
