HAMUEL machin­ing cen­tres are known for high capac­i­ty and reli­a­bil­i­ty, long life and spe­cial ease in oper­a­tion, mount­ing and service.

For opti­mum use of these advan­tages a ser­vice unit has been found­ed for the world­wide after sales ser­vice for HAMUEL machines. For our cus­tomers this means quick reac­tion in case of machine main­te­nance and repair as well as flex­i­ble ser­vice dur­ing pur­chas­ing time and after­wards. One task of the new ser­vice unit is a con­tin­u­ous deter­mi­na­tion of require­ments and atten­dance of our cus­tomers. Noth­ing is more expen­sive and unpleas­ing than a stand­still of your equipment.

For this rea­son a spe­cial spare parts hot­line with an own pur­chas­er has been installed. Incom­ing orders until 3:45 pm usu­al­ly leave our stock the same day, with every option for our cus­tomers, from nor­mal dis­patch to direct courier.

There is also an off-time ser­vice hot­line (pre­mi­um ser­vice pack­age) avail­able for you:

Mon­day – Thurs­day from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Fri­day from 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm and
Sat­ur­day / Sun­day / pub­lic hol­i­days from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
